Getting in touch

Sending the estimate form, or calling us, starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a contract, place an order, or commit either of us to anything.

What the figures on this site mean

Prices, ranges, and square foot figures published here are guidance for planning. They are not a quotation. The number that applies to you arrives as a written estimate after the property has been seen, because excavation conditions, base depth, drainage, access, and the paver line you select all move the total. That is especially true in Chatsworth, where rocky ground and slope vary a great deal from one lot to the next.

Estimates, agreements, and warranty

An estimate from the contractor becomes an agreement only once it is written down and both you and the contractor have accepted it. The scope, the schedule, and any warranty are as described in that written agreement, and that document governs if anything here appears to conflict with it. The work itself is carried out by an independent licensed contractor, not by this site.

Permits and approvals

Some hardscape work requires permits or association approval, particularly where grading or a hillside is involved. Where a permit is likely, the contractor will say so during the estimate. Responsibility for meeting an association's own architectural requirements rests with the property owner unless the contractor's written agreement states otherwise.

Using the site itself

Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not copy its content for another business. The site is supplied as it stands. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, without guaranteeing that it will always be either.
